Are you a PhD student working on innovative hydrogen technologies or exploring pathways to scale hydrogen innovations from the laboratory to industrial deployment? The X-SEED Project is inviting doctoral researchers to submit their work for the 3rd X-SEED Workshop, taking place on 25 February 2027 at DFactory Barcelona.
The workshop will bring together researchers, technology developers, industry representatives, and innovation stakeholders from across the European hydrogen ecosystem to discuss the latest advances in hydrogen technologies and their scale-up towards commercial implementation.
Showcase Your Research
As part of the event, up to four selected PhD candidates will have the opportunity to present their research during a dedicated PhD Pitch Session, engaging directly with experts from academia and industry.
PhD Pitch Session
- Presentation format: 8-minute presentation followed by 2 minutes of Q&A
- Topics of interest:
- Innovative hydrogen technologies
- Hydrogen technologies from laboratory research to industrial scale
- Scale-up and demonstration of hydrogen solutions

PhD students interested in participating are invited to submit an abstract through the following form:
